Ivana finished her secondary education (general grammar school) in Vinkovci and graduated from the Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology with a specialisation in kinesitherapy. During her university study, she worked as a Pilates instructor (using reformers) and as a hata yoga instructor in the Medical Yoga Centre, where she was very successful. Immediately upon defending her graduation thesis about the overstretching syndrome, she started to work in a private rehabilitation centre where she acquired an extensive work experience in sports injury management, particularly in footballers. She joined the MM team of experts in 2014. She successfully participated in and finished all the MM Academy seminars under the supervision of Prof. Goran Marković and Prof. Nejc Šarabon. She attained a certificate to use the acupuncture technique of dry needling for pain management, under the supervision of Doctor Marko Scappaticcio and Peter Lundgren, as well as a certificate in kinesiotaping at the K-tape International Academy. In the Motus Melior Centre she works as a kinesitherapist and manual therapist.
